However, my wife was dealing with dental issues and, after extensive research, opted for zirconia implants over the more common titanium ones due to her need to replace problematic root canals. Inspired by the documentary Root Cause, we chose a biological dentist for her treatment. This led me to get a cone scan to check on my wisdom teeth, which were extracted 30 years ago. After consulting with Dr. Blodgett, we discovered cavitations and jawbone issues stemming from those old extractions. Three of the wisdom tooth sites had infections, which Dr. Blodgett expertly addressed. The team not only removed the bacteria but also used ozone treatment to eliminate any lingering infection.

My recent dental treatment began with a their “New Patient Experience” where a thorough and holistic assessment was made of my overall health and dental needs. The entire treatment was a lot easier than I had anticipated and they were very patient and comforting to me when I had my pre-surgery nervousness. Three months ago, I made the important decision to travel to PDX and have my titanium implant (and surrounding metal tacks) removed by Dr. Blodgett and the team, an experience that has profoundly changed my life for the better. The implant was located on the meridian line of the reproductive system, which we suspected might be contributing to my endometriosis. From the outset, Dr. Blodgett and the entire staff provided an unparalleled level of care, making me feel deeply heard and supported throughout the entire process.
Their approach is holistic and comprehensive, considering my entire health history to tailor a treatment plan that was right for me. They provided several healing modalities to support my recovery, including full-body red light therapy, vitamin C IV therapy, and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) treatments. Post-op, I was able manage any light pain with homeopathics alone. So great!

Dr. Blodgett and his extraordinary team took such great care of me. I was blown away by the level of care, love, and compassion I received during my dental experience. He made removing 3 root canals with infection and removing the infection around my front tooth implant much easier on me emotionally and physically. I have been seeing Dr. Blodgett for several years now. I just went in for one of my twice a year cleanings and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care and the results I am experiencing, especially with my gums. As is typical, the hygienist took extra time to answer my questions and keep me on the right track. Every time I leave Dr. Blodgett's office I feel confident that I have received the very best dental care and advice to be found, period. I don’t share this type of feedback often or lightly, but replacing a crown at Blodgett dental was far and away the best experience with a procedure I’ve ever had, dental or otherwise. Top to bottom, THIS is the standard of care that all service providers should strive for. If this were a restaurant it would be Michelin rated!
